Once you have a passport you are free to travel as much as you want. The only time-related restrictions are those imposed by countries outside the EU. The USA, for example, will only allow you to stay for 90 days on the visa waiver programme.

90 days is the traditional time you can spend in a country under the Visa Waiver Program, so if you come to the US, you can stay 90 days before having to leave, or Hong Kong, or Canada, etc.

Your passport is good until the expiration, though some countries will not let you in if you passport will expire while you are in that country (i.e. no 90 day vwp if your passport expires in 45 days). But you have many years before you need to worry about that.

Have a fun trip.

NO!
The 90 days is the time you can visit those countries operating the visa waver agreement.

Over that you need an extension to your visa either by applying to the relevent embassey prior to travel or going to the appropriate immigration dept. during your trip but before your 90 days expires.

Allowing the 90 days to expire will result in your arrest and eviction as an illegal alien. This could affect your travel after this.

No. You can stay out of the country as long as you want regardless of whether you have a passport or how long you have had it for. Your only limitation is the length of time each country lets you spend in their country.

When you talk about 90 days, you are usually dealing with countries offering the visa waiver agreement.
