Good question. The Bible makes clear the answer is no, though modern doctrine kind of weasels around saying yes.
"Let him who thinks he stands take care lest he fall."
"Not all who say to Me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but those who do the will of my Heavenly Father."
"On that day, many will say to me 'Lord, did we not cast out devils in your name?' And I will say to them, I never knew you. They will be sent to the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

There is no such thing as a bad Christian. If a person does not abide by the word of God, they are not Christians. Yes, Christians can be tempted and yes they can sometimes do stupid or sinful things but according to the Bible, even people who have "fallen off the wagon" if you want to call it that will be judged by God at the end. It depends more on where their heart is than on what they did. If a person deliberately defies the will of God, and feels no remorse, then even if they claim to be a Christian, they will live out eternity without God. The key to being a Christian is acknowledging when you have sinned and feeling sorry for what you have done (and not just because you got caught). The Bible says that you must repent of your sins. To repent means to feel sorry you did what you did and it also means to make the committment not to commit the act again. If someone just keeps doing the same thing over and over and keeps "pretending" to go back to God for forgiveness, God will know that their heart is not in it. One of the most damaging things that we see happen is for people who claim to be Christians going around acting just like everyone else (sinning). We are to be the light of the world and we are to set the example for others so that they might know who we are and "who" we belong to.

What do you mean by good and bad christian? I think what you mean are true Christians and those who claim to be a Christian but really are not. There are very few real Chriatians in the world but there are millions and millions whi CLAIM to be Christian but really are not - and they give the few real Christians a bad name and reputation.
To answer your question everyone will sin and be "bad" to some degree. Even real Christians. But those who believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior have a way of forgivness. Jesus will forgive all sins reguardless of how horrable they are.
This ability to be forgiven is not a license to sin though. Along with seeking forgivness you also must repent. Meaning you have to be truly sorry for the sin and do everything possible not to commit that sin again.

Alot depends on your definition of the term "Christian". Is it the same as Christ's?
If a person really has the Holy Spirit in his/her heart, it is not a gaurantee that he/she is always gonna be "good"...but it is a sure gaurantee that the HS is gonna mess with his/her conscience till he/she cleans up his/her mess....
No, someone who claims to be a Christian and someone who truly follows Christ are not the same in God's view. Remember, Jesus says that there will be some calling Him "Lord, Lord" that He's never met. He knows His sheep, and they know Him, it is written....and a stranger's voice they will not follow. Wouldn't that tend to tell us that there are stranger's voices calling to those sheep that won't hear their Master's voice?
Jesus told us how to recognize His true followers..."The world will know that you are my disciples by your love"....
Ahh, yes...their hearts. And there, you have hit upon the crux of the matter (pun definitely intended). God, of course, is the Only One who can judge a person's heart...and that is exactly how He will know Who belongs to Him and Who doesn't.
Meantime, Hun, look for that love. We aren't perfect, but, that love ought to be a main part of our character...that is, IF we are truly one of God's kids.
I hope this helps!

Satan also believes in God, do you think he is going to heaven, NO. It seems like you re stuck on this subject about GOOD people going to heaven, Good people is not going to heaven, only Born again people. Jesus even told people in his time, why call me good, & we know that Jesus was Good, But Jesus said there is none good except my Father. So you need to get it in your head, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN.

People in ANY religion - especially christians - DO
NOT go to Heaven - because they have believe in their religious lies and deception all their lives!
"religion is Spiritual fraud" - Jesus Christ

Create a private, personal, direct, divine relationship with Our Creator and save your Soul from religion.
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truely Free!
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!
So............ What are you going to do now, oh young one? Save your Soul, or be destroyed by religion? The choice is yours!

So many questions pretty girl it is hard to keep up with them all. lol
for me, believing in Jesus is more then just believing that such a man exists, but also everything he teaches too. Believing in Jesus is all about changing your bad heart to good. Those who 'believe' Jesus exists but don't really want to change don't really believe in Jesus.

Christians--those who believe on Christ--are judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ (not the same as the Great White Throne judgment in Revelation). That judgment is where it's determined how many rewards you will receive...it's not heaven or hell, it's how many rewards you gain or lose.
And it's one thing to say you believe--the question is, do you?

Just because we know Jesus died doesnt mean christains dont sin. Noone deserves heaven because we sin but God through his son payed the price for us.
Some people that say they are christains may not truely be with christ. There hearts are hopefully pure.

7. It is possible to say you are a Christian and have never met Jesus. It is impossible to be a Christian if you have never met Jesus.
