I am late teens. Male.

Skinny. 175cm heigh and underweight.

I eat alot but there is no change. I dont play sports, i am not active.

A busy student who always sleep, study, walk fast, eat alot and surf the net.

Any advise?

Drink a lot of fruit juice. Lots of calories compared to other beverages and is recommended to body builders who want to bulk up from a plateau.

Also if you want to add muscle mass without joining a gym and don't have the weights and equipment you can do isometrics anywhere. This is when you work one muscle against another. For example: extend your arms out in front of you, palms together and push your hands together as hard as you can and slowly count to 50. Do this 3 times taking a 1 minute break in between. You should feel the muscles in your shoulders begin to burn. All sorts of isometric exercises you can do anywhere to add lean muscle mass.

Eat junk food and drive everwhere.

Eat meat nightly don't eat junk you wil get a fat tummy.
