spirituality is by far more important. a religious community can be a great support system to keeping you motivated about your spiritual growth. that's only true when the people you involve yourself with are not resting on their laurels of religious dogma because they do not choose to think for themselves. those kinds of religious people tend to be quite abusive to anyone seeking the real truths hidden within most religions.
i think it is far better to find your own spiritual truth, and then if you find a religion/community that "matches", great. but i believe that if that faith begins to take the place of independent thought, it's better to take what you have learned, and continue your journey alone.

Spirituality definitely. Just as we like to eat physically our spirit needs to be nourished. Religion is more of a physical thing, going to church just because everyone is doing so. I aint saying going to church is a bad idea, am just trying to put a point across. Spirituality is a deeper aspect and worth pursuing. Aspire for spiritual growth and seek to know God. There a lot of self help ebook which can help.

Both are somewhat important, but I think (and Jesus Christ does too) that spirituality is more important because you can't judge a book by its cover (can't judge a person by his/her religion).

The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.

Spirituality, it doesn't matter what you believe as long as you work on yourself & have faith in yourself to be the best person you can be.

Neither.... because it depends on whether it is postive or negative...the negative ( religion or spirituality) is destructive

same thing.
though if you want to get semantic about it, the meaning of 'religion' is a committed belief or action.
you can be 'religious' about any thing.
