I agree with your first answer, the one on the Philly Cream Cheese box is great. Every now and then I'll jazz it up a bit, by adding the juice of 3 or 4 limes and the Zest from those limes. The full recipe for the lime cheesecake is on www.kraftfoods.com.

The best place to start is the recipe on the package of Philly Cream cheese. Those folks have been doing this a long time and they know their stuff. Its their business. The recipe is easy and fast with few ingredients..eggs, sugar, creamcheese, vanilla. 3 things to remember-make sure the creamcheese is SOFT, don't overbeat your batter, don't overbake-it should jiggle like jello in the very middle. Be gentle when you test it but it will set-up as it cools. So number 4-give yourself at least 4 hrs to chill. Preferably overnight. And keep a hot pitcher of water close by to dip your knife and slice those beautiful pieces.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese now makes a cheesecake filler. Look in the dairy section of your local grocery store.

Other than that, use the recipe that comes with the graham cracker pie crust.
