i really like this guy but he just wont notice me other than a friend! how can i step out of my best friend skin into a sexy girlfriend? any advice on makeup,clothes, and additude?

Aside from an obvious makeover, change your attitude towards being friends...that is,
If he talks about his girlfriend/s or girls he like, try to look disinterested, change the topic and don't allow him to just enjoy the "advices" or listening ear you give him all the time (i would assume that you are a best friend because you are a good listener) while you heart is melting inside.
And don't tell him everything about you, where you are going, your schedule...so he will look for you.

First watch and see what kind of girls he is checking out. I am not suggesting you be anyone different but for the sake of this, go ahead and mimmick a little. Go get your hair done professionally. Go somewhere nice, too. Ask someone you find attractive where they get their hair done and go. Vow to yourself to do your hair nicely every day, as if you were going on a date with this fellow. Next, makeup. I would go buy any typical beauty magazine like Glamour and flip through the pages. They almost always have good makeup ideas and tips. Generally if you're looking to really impress I'd go for a smokey eye and a muted lip with just a little gloss. (They can teach you to do that on www.ivillage.com). Next, the perfume is a big part. You want something that really is hot. Go to the department store and try different smells. You want something young, mysterious, and sexy. You'll know it when you smell it. Last but certainly not least, the clothes. Find a part of your body that is particularly sexy (there is one on every woman!!) and decide you will play that up. Only one, don't do the whole body exposed thing. Buy at least one nice outfit to start. Check out what kind of clothes the girls he seems interested in wear. And also add your own sense of flair to that. Accent your outfit with attractive accesories.
But all of this would be pointless without the right attitude. When you walk in to a room, stand up straight and strut a little...you will look sexy and you will feel sexy. This will command attention, especially from guys. And then with your new look and confidence, start to flirt, in front of this guy friend. Don't act totally different with him, just a bit more mysterious. And throw him a little glance or two.
Then...watch what happens!! :-)

If you are best friends then there is obviously something that he likes about you. Keep being yourself, you already know he likes that. Be subtle with any advances. Bring things up in casual conversation when it's just the two of you. Nothing too blunt or obvious at first. Do that to find out more information he likes and if he may possibly be interested in you.
You might want to hint that you like him without saying it outright. This could make it easier for you while letting him know that you really do like him. This will give him the chance to ask you out. If he doesn't, it doesn't mean that he doesn't want to. Some guys are just really dense when it comes to girls. He may like you and not even realize that you are flirting.
In the end, it may be best to just come straight out and tell him that you like him. That's what it took for me. :)
If you try to become someone that you think he wants, he may lose respect for you. The last thing that you want is for him to think you are fake. Also... never make it look like you are interested in another guy, if you are interested in him. If he is interested in you but he is too shy to do anything about it, that could crush his hopes and kill his interest.

Well you should make him feel that way.I once knew a girl and she behaved like a tomboy all the time and I thought of her as a guy.But one day when she behaved all woman did I realize there is more to her.Get in touch with your inner woman you dont have to fall all over him or act slutty just be who you are in a true womanly way and believe me he will see you as such.

You may have to be more aggressive. Wear sexier clothes and see if you catch him looking. The more you show, the more tempting you'll be. Hell, I don't even know you and I already need a bucket of ice water dumped on me.
Keep the pressure on.

the best advice i can give is this, its better to be your mans lover and best friend your relationship will last a lot longer if you can relate to each other in both views. you will find it easier to talk to each other about things and you will find out that you know so much about each other already

you are his bestfriend and you know what does he like when it comes to girls, so be it.. if he likes girls who'se wearing pink clothes then wear it.. if he likes simple girls then be it..
about the attitude, just make him laugh sometimes..
