I got suspendede for 5 days and the girl i fought only got it for 3 days why did i get the longer date if i didnt start the fight does anyone know ..
PS.. I didnt have nothing wrong with me at the same time No black eyes or anything and she was crying and shaking but shouldnt it be fair and we both got it for the same time

You should tell you parents and let them deal with the problem. See if they think you can appeal the suspension. When I was in grade 4 some kids use to beat me up and I never understood why the teacher always punished me also. My mother had died and I didn't want to make my father's life more difficult. If I had to do it again I would get my parent involved.

That's beyond ridiculous. Same goes for the kids suspended for wearing American Flag t-shirts on Cinco de Mayo in a California School. For once I hope theres a lawsuit. Just as the swastika wasn't always a Nazi symbol, the Rebel flag wasn't just about slavery and it sucks that it's been painted that way. To those that don't know, the Civil War WAS NOT just about slavery. Slavery was actually a minor issue because it was only a few rich white men that could afford them. Oh but it wouldn't be PC to point out that most people didn't actually give a damn about blacks at that time as evidenced by later segregation laws. Still, ending slavery was the best thing that war did for our country. States rights, the biggest loser.

Perhaps you damaged her more than she damaged you? You also may have a long history of this while she does not.
Either way, take the time to cool off and stop fighting in school. You're there to learn so that you can grow up and not be an *** in public.

Why are you so worried about what she got?
You worry about you, forget her, answer for YOUR actions.
I'm sure the principal interviewed wittnesses and did an investigation.
If he says you get 5 days, you get 5 days.
They run the place, not you.
Best way to fix it,

sound like they pick you out to be the less of the two, are other say you started it, then too, you may have been in. other fight an know to cause trouble, but the best way to know is to ask

Did you talk the principal about why.a He could have seen you as more of a delinquent b/c of your hair color!

Do they know that you did not start the fight,? You know you can appeal your suspenesion.? You would have to take it to the school board.

Who knows and what does it matter. Stop looking at her and check yourself you did someting to earn more time so you best figure out what that was so you don't do it again. it is not about her, its about you and your behavior.

maybe you were more disrespectful to the principal after the fight.. or maybe she has more influential parents..
