I visited 6 diff doctors, 1 specialist, and finished 5 courses of antibiotics but my throat is still very painful and I still have difficulty swallowing my saliva and drinking water. It's driving me insane because the pain is really torturing and I can only feed myself on porridge or either soupy stuff for this whole month...Is there any remedy besides going to the hospital and go on drip which was advised by the specialist?

It looks like you've exhausted everything there is to do, but go back to a good doctor. It takes quite awhile to do 5 rounds of antibiotics. Doesn't look like that much would be good for you.
Why don't you do what was advised by the specialist? It's got to be something else wrong for the antibiotics not to take care of it. You could have gone and had it done by now.

Why didn't you go on the IV antibiotics? What ever you have must be very aggressive, if the antibiotics didn't work. I would go back to the specialist and do the drip. If you are having a hard time now, imagine a month from now, when maybe your throat has really had enough of this.

Try out some home remedies instead. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

How about if it is not an infection? Seems the only reason why five kinds of antibiotics did not work. Have you fever or lumps in the neck? Has your voice changed?

Do you have acid flavor in the mouth in the mornings or heartburn? Could be acid reflux that is hurting your oesophagus and throat causing oesophagus chronic inflammation.

You may want to visit the SAME doctor multiple times.. so he can figure it out instead of different doctors (unless your doctor is sending you to a specialist).
