Like, say you had been waiting for a long time for a certain parking spot..and another person just zoomed right on into it....what happened next was that you got mad and said your "say" and they said what? to you? Or any other type of examples.....

This didn't happen to me, it happened to my cousin, but it still made me angry...

He caught his (now ex) wife having sex with another man, and she said 'it didn't count because they were using a condom'.

I was working at a job for about 3 months and was making a great salary. A month before Christmas I was told that I was being at-willed (North Carolina). When I asked why, I was told "because we can." I kept in touch with the manager who had become a friend, and she informed me that the reason they had let me go is because the former employee whom I replaced had called and requested her job back. I guess they valued that woman more. If employers could personally experience the devastation they inflict on some families, they'd think twice before doing it again. I was so hurt and angered that before I left I packed up all the outstanding bills, purchase orders and other work to be done and threw it all in the dumpster. That gave me a great deal of satisfaction. I had never done anything like that before, and haven't since. I don't know what came over me that day.

I had an employee call and tell me (on a Friday afternoon 2 hours before her shift) that she had just been in a car accident to get off work for the weekend. I was pissed off because I hadn't had any time off in 2 weeks due to staff shortage, but had no choice but to work since I was the only person available. So I called (couldn't get a hold of her) and left a message stating that we would need a doctor's note and a copy of the accident report.

She called me back on the Sunday and confessed that it was all a lie. That she knew she was screwing up my plans and that I needed time off, but she really didn't want to work and wanted to see her boyfriend who lived in another town.

Needless to say, I fired her on the spot.

Lesson learned: never hire "friends"

Oh! and I forgot to mention the "best" part. A few weeks later, I was in an actual car accident. Everyone was ok, but my car was totalled and I had to call my boss and tell him I wouldn't be able to go in to work the next day.

I still bump into her occasionally during social situations and she acts as though nothing ever happened. Now that pisses me off.

"Oh, I'd like to give you a beer, but I've only got 4." From a guy I used to go to school with. He's dead now.
