You both started out having roommate problems so you had gripes with someone else before you roomed with her. You are describing typical dorm life. You're making yourself a martyr. If she's ordering takeout and you want some, speak up or order your own. Boyfriends come to dorm rooms and you don't like him either! Do you like anything?

Well you probably will have to tough it out with her until the end of the semester.
#4 is not that big of a deal - not all roommates are close friends, sometimes you just share a room and that's it.
The other stuff needs to be addressed.
#1. Politely discuss the boyfriend issue with her. DO NOT call him a loser, it will only make her more defiant. See if you two can work out a schedule so he's not always in the room. If nothing can be worked out and you need to get work done, see if there is another spot in your dorm or on campus where you can go when he's around.
#2 and #3. Hopefully you've discussed this with your roommie. Don't silently put up with that, getting angrier with each passing day. That's passive/aggresive and bad strategy. Tell her clearly, politely, and directly that the phone must be taken out to the hallway. There's no need for you to put up with that.
Also talk to her about the computer music. Does she have headphones? Work something out - perhaps a system where she can play the computer music at certain times of day and you get to watch TV at other times.
If none of this works out, perhaps you have an RA you can talk to?
Good luck.

Set rules about the boyfriend. Buy headphones for your TV, I have them because my husband is a musician. Make an agreement that she puts an answering machine for 2 people on the phone and turn the ringer off at a certain time during the week. Buy ear plugs, good one like they have at the hunting stores to block her out at night also. Good luck.

I am assuming that your dorm room is small enough for you to hear her phone ring. Have you told her this is bothering your sleep.?
Not to sound mean but you really do not have to like her boyfriend or not. She is the one dating him and since it is her room also she is aloud to have him over. Is he over at night while you are trying to sleep.?
Also not to be mean again but she is not your mother, so when she orders food for herself she really does not have to ask you if you want some too. You are in college.?
You dont like that she does not say hello or good bye.?
There really have to be a way for your to have a room by yourself if you have a problem with that.

this sounds like when someone gets married?
but you have been dealt a better hand then a dead beat husband as you can get rid of this fouled person. Yes, you will be more selective in the next choice of a room mate..it does not sound like this ignorant oaf of a room mate has any values that you would be interested in..so move or suffer the fate of the damned

You were conned, and lied to. Bet there was some other reason she wanted rid of the old roommate. More like the old roomate wanted to get rid of her.
If you wish, check with the old roomate. Bet there is a different story to be heard from him/her.
Get rid of the loser and loser boyfriend.
You shouldn't have to move, make her move.
