Is black chicken naturally born as black?

There are many types of chicken with black feathers. These can be born with various colours of skin and down. Once they moult into their adult plumage they grow the black feathers. There is a species of chicken where the whole bird except for the blood is black. Even its internal organs are black! Sadly, the name escapes me at the moment so i'll have to have a think for you.

yes they can be born in any naturally color and i say naturally as in white gray black not hot pink but th3ey can be dyed at birth though
