Well,it's a name of a city in the UK & in Arabic it's pronounced " midlessbro" >>and it's 3 syllables" mid.less.bro"
it doesn't have any Arabic translation,just the difference in pronunciation.In Arabic transcript is written "ميدليسبرو" .

its a name so its pronounced the same and written as it is but in Arabic alphabets
