i have had diabetes since i was 13 i am now 36 i have neuropaghy in my left leg i have 5 blotches on right leg each 1 a cm long could this be neuropaghy can any1 give any info on how to look after my legs is there a creem i could get my feet and toes are ok please help thanks

Please take care of yourself since you still have many years to live and such complications can really make your life difficult. I hope your sugar level is well controlled. For neuropathy, it is better to see a neurologist who may prescribe B12, Zinc and other supplements for neural health. Follow the doctor's advice strictly and avoid complications.
