My dog has a few a few scratches and i found an old bottle of Hibiscrub that had once been prescribed to her. It was opened in 04/2004 and i was wondering if it can still be used after such a long time?

i agree with toolie,

the hibiclens should still be ok after the 4 years....check the bottle for an experation date....if anything, if it really has been 4 years it may not be quite as effective, if you know what i mean. just give it a try and see what happens. if it were me, i would go ahead and use it. i hope this has been helpful for you. and i just hope your puppy dog is ok......luv, Sweetness#1

We have become a little obseesed with use by dates. It would be better to uy a new bottle of antiseptic, but the ne you have will probably be OK.

there should be a use by date on the bottle somewhere.
