I work on combat vehicles, and Some contractors just don't care about class b vision blocks.

It was a reponse where Soviet and now Russian military units, especially ships, were shining lasers on U.S. jets in order to try to blind the pilots. It's now international law not to have weapons that are made to permently blind people.

Because we're not barbarians.

If we have the technology to avoid accidentally blinding people with targeting lasers, we're morally obligated to use it.
