You can of course still have oral sex while wearing a condom. In this day and age with so many important and some potentially fatal STDs affecting so many, it is really the only safe option.

It would feel better without... but here is a idea why dont you both get tested and see if yall have anything and if you dont then have raw oral sex

Put some non oil based lubricant inside the condom, for more sensation for you
