That Jesus (the teacher and prophet) was the manifestation of God's son, or that Jesus was the incarnation of God or both or neither? Explain.(Give bible ref. but don't quote, please)

Christians hold to the teachings of the Bible as truth. In the Bible, Jesus is identified as the prophesied Messiah of Israel, the Lamb of God, and God come in the flesh. Through Him we have free and personal access to the Father and freed from the bondage of sin and the threat of hell.

As a Christian..I believe Jesus is the son of God..but is also God...he is part of God...and God is part of him...

As for taking the rest of the bible literally..uhm..no thank you..I agree with scapegoat on this one...bits and pieces..its called faith :)
The bible wasn't meant to be taken literally.

JESUS is GOD in the flesh.matthew 1:23.He didn't ask us to do something he didn't do himself.He set the example.
