Not unless you have genital warts, then it wouldn't matter whether you're on your period or not.

If you have it, it doesn't matter if you are on your period or not, genital contact might cause it to spread.
If you do not have warts, he cannot get warts from having sex with you whilst you are on your period.
I have, however, had sex on my period whilst being clean of STD's, and it caused my boyfriend some sort of an infection. We went to the ER because he was leaking fluid, and we were both tested and were clean. Some dr.'s do not think it is not possible for a male to get a small infection from having sex with a woman on her period, but it happened to us. However, it WAS NOT AN STD, like genital warts.
Having sex between periods is the cleanest way to go.

Your boyfriend will only catch warts from you if you have HPV (Genital warts), the fact that you are on your period plays no part whatsoever/ Whilst wearing a condom will protect him from HPV, if any of his genital area (including testicles) touches a wart on your skin, it is possible that he may contract the disease

I f you have them to start with yes he will catch them too , but if you mean will he get warts as a result of having sex with you whilst your menstruating then no ...obviously a old wives tale or something ..

He can if you have warts. But if you do not carry the STD and are just on your period, No, having sex wont magically make warts appear on your boyfriend. One of you two has to already have the STD to pass it on.

warts r caused by skin contact so they can still be passed even if u use condom...i think being on periods is irrelevant as warts r on the skin

there is no link at all here. The question suggests you might well benefit from a good book on sexual education.
I am guessing you are quite young, hopefully over 16 years, and I am hoping you always use a condom +/- other contraception.
