The problem that you are running into is that you're not eating enough. The Basal Metabolism Rate for a 15 year old girl of your height and weight is around 1400 calories, which means that's what your body burns off normally on a daily basis. Because you're only taking in 1000 calories, your body doesn't have enough energy to do it's normal function which can lead to serious health issues in the future.

What I would suggest is that you push yourself up to at least 1400 calories and continue on exercising. From what I surmise thus far, you have not been losing weight in a healthy manner and while I commend you for taking initiative to become a healthier individual, it may be time to talk to your physician as your weight has fluctuated heavily in the past year.

You need to learn to eat correctly and also exercise to keep your weight down instead of going on crash diets.
