I'm not sure about the elevated heart murmur but LDL is "bad cholesterol" you don't want it ti be high. High cholesterol is associated with heart disease. HDL is often called "good cholesterol" you want it to be high. It carries cholesterol back to the liver to be excreted. To lower cholesterol eat a high fiber diet, low cholesterol, low fat, exercise is important and reduce sugar if triglycerides are high. Sometimes its a genetic factor and you can only reduce cholesterol through drugs called statins.
Triglycerides are another type of cholesterol related to sugar. There are different meds to lower it.

It's not good to have high triglycerides and "bad" cholesterol.
They may have any direct relation to the murmur, which is a noise from a valve.

Pay not attention to people who post their rants in all caps and can't spell. Really bad spelling is a clue that the person isn't as educated as they want people to think.
