I would like to know if the chinese chicken fried rice is kosher ?

It's not about the dish, but about how and where it was made and by whom.

If everything in it is kosher and if it was prepared in a kosher manner, and in a kosher kitchen, yes.

And for whichever ignorant on the subject individual says that has to be blessed by a rabbi, THERE IS NO SUCH THING.

As long as the chicken and rice are prepared a kosher way, yes. Chicken, rice, and veggies themselves are kosher, but for meat to be truly kosher the animal must be killed in a kosher way.

If you are sure the chicken meets kosher requirements,then you have nothing to worry about,as rice & vegetables do not cause any problem on this front.
