High blood pressure, or hypertension, comes from blood pushing too hard against your blood vessels. A healthy blood pressure is 120/80 mm Hg.

So what do those numbers mean? The first number, 120, is the amount of blood pressure when the heart is beating. The second number, 80, is the amount of blood pressure when the heart is at rest—in between beats. High blood pressure is blood pressure that is 140/90 mm Hg or above. Your healthcare provider can use a blood pressure cuff to find out if your blood pressure is high or low.

Sounds like your blood pressure is normal. I'm no doctor so it's just an opinion. 120/80 is the normal, so yours is actually a little low which is good. The less pressure their is on your arteries while you are at rest the better. It sounds fine to me. The 119 is the pressure on your arteries while your heart is pumping. The 71 is when your heart has finished contracting and is at rest. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure textbook normal blood pressure is 120/80, so 71 is not high.
