If you have to ask, don't eat it. Try to imagine that the recommended dietary allowance of meat(lean) is 250 g and you can get that and a bit more in an sub sandwich, and the salami is not at all lean(but delicious), so...when you decide to eat it then enjoy and don't think about the calories. Make it a special occasion treat.

sauses: depends but probably at least 100

To many but it's worth every bite lol but seriously I'd say on how it's made 1,200.
