While I'm sure some poeple think that the at home remidies for colds and flus work great for them, you need to understand that not all things can be treated that way. Chlamydia is an infection, and needs to be treated with antibiotics from the doctor. The infection can spread and things could get much worse, so if its the embarrassment you're worried about... try to think of it this way. You can go in, get the test, and get the treatment. Or you can wait, let it get worse, get sent to the ER where there are several nurses AND doctors working on you, and you can let them explain it to those worried in the waiting room that your Chlamydia worsened and that you just merely got worse.
