I often have these symptoms, associated with anxiety attacks. It could also be related to low blood sugar. Watch out for caffeine, it makes these symptoms quite severe for me --- feels like my heart is palpitating in my stomach. Avoid the caffeine as much as possible and you may notice quite a difference. Are you under alot of stress? That can bring on these palpitations.

Any Pain is NEVER normal..
The whole reason why our bodies are programmed to let us know of pain...feel... is simply cause our bodies are tryin to warn us,,,, and tell us... hey... somethin is not as it should be....

Always look at pain when concernin your body as your body talkin to you.... as warning signs......

So matter how large or small somethin may seem... if this is bothering you ....and you mentioned things like chest pains, breathless ... these are serious things...

People dont realize things like strokes ... and heart attacks ... are almost Always never there without warnin.......... its pain that usually always is under neath prior to the actual problem

Go see a doctor ..... even if its somethin minor .... im sure the doctor would be impressed ....... most people ignore their pain...... thats why the docs there...

Good luck

If you have palpitations you should see the doctor. It could be a sign of something serious or it could lead to something serious if you have it often enough. So, either way, it is just something you should take seriously. And, if it anxiety attacks than you might need to get some help with that.
