At 59 I doubt you're supple enough to bend that far...and I doubt anyone else will offer to do it for you! LOL

No because there are lots of dangerous bacteria on one's toe. I would soak it in a warm footbath and cover it in a bandage. You could try using ice aswell, to numb the pain, but some people find this uncomfortable.

I definately wouldn't if I were you, most 59 year old's aren't that flexible.
