I have several red pinkish marks on my body and near my private area. It can be itchy occasionally. I don't know whether is it STD herpes or syphilis?? I don't have the red marks on my palms or at the base of my feet which is the symptoms for syphilis. I had sex with a guy 2 months ago and used to sleep with my ex-boyfriend. Or is it some skin problem??

Herpes usually in the vaginal area appear like very small blisters, and will cause severe pain when you urinate if you are having an outbreak. As you know there is no cure for Herpes but for your protection and piece of mind go see your Dr. ASAP. Putting it off could only casue you more harm in the future in addition you could be unknowingly infecting others. In the Emergency Room we always tell patients to get checked for other STD'S if it is confirmed that an STD is present. That does include an HIV test.
Take Care of your body it is the only one your ever going to have.
