The best advice is to take it into an oxygen supply company (if you are in the United States) like Apria, Lincare, or any durable medical equipment provider and have them do the adjustment. You could put too much pressure (or too little) and that could have devastating effects on your health. You should also make the adjustment based on your doctor's advice. Pressures are normally determined by a sleep study and by the severity of your sleep apnea. Don't monkey with this device unless you know what you are doing. A bad move on your part could kill you.

Home CPAP pressure should be set by the company where you got your machine. If you rent the equipment then it was probably set by the company when it was delivered. If you bought the equipment then it was probably set when you picked it up. Regardless, you should not try to adjust the settings yourself. There is a good chance that you could damage the machine, which would be very expensive to fix. You would need to take your machine to your home-care company to have the settings adjusted. Be aware though, CPAP levels are prescribed by a doctor so you will need to talk to your doctor to get an order to change the settings before taking your machine in.

I use a CPAP, but I always have the place I rent or purchase it from handle this since that's their specialty. More than likely, they will do it free of charge, or at least, mine does.
