You have asked so far about,carrots,peas,celery & onions though in seperate questions,maybe i can answer all in one go Save time this way & make it easier too.Yes all vegetables provide you with vitamins & minerals ,the amounts in each may vary,but they are all good for you,in case you are working on a project,then you will need to better than ask these questions here.
