It's just before lunchtime here now.
For breakfast I had Sanitarium Weetbix and a slice of rockmelon.
Yesterday:
For dinner I had a slice of rockmelon, a raw carrot, fruit juice, and a dairy free hot chocolate
For afternoon tea I had 2 lentil burgers with all fresh salads on wholemeal sliced bread and BBQ sauce
For lunch I had spreadable tofu and vegemite on multigrain toast, dairy free soycheese and vegemite on multigrain toast and fruit juice.
Plently (about 2 litres) of still water across the day.

fresh squeezed grapefruit-orange juice... fruit smoothie: banana and mango... big salad w/ onion, green garbanzo beans, balsamic vinaigrette... fresh coconut meat... roasted carrots... raw carrots and asparugus with tahini dip... some tortilla chips with some pinapple salsa and avacado... lots of water... packet of raisins...
That's all I can remember right now. I pretty much snacked the whole day! They were all for the most part small portion sizes. Except for the salad!
