Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

It sounds like you might have a lot of sensitive spots in your head! The pain while swallowing and the pain in your ear, might be an infection.

Try a saline nasal rinse (not a spray.) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean).
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot

You can do this a often as you like with no side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. If you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

Check here a very effective Sciatica Natural Treatment ( http://cure-sciatica.info )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

sounds like you have a sinus infection--you need antibiotics
the pain in your ear could be caused because your sinuses are so swollen that they are causing pressure on you ear canal-
go to the pharmacy (I know Walgreen's has this) and get a sinus cleansing kit---you will feel so relieved and awesome once you try it. It will clear out your head-therefore no pressure no the ears or your forehead, no nasal drainage to make your throat sore && you can even use this when you are well to keep bacteria from building up.....try it

Go.See.A.Doctor.

It's probably the flu... or something more serious.
Just see a doctor. He'd help you get a diagnosis.

cold
flu
strep
tonsillitis

Pick one or go see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. If it is one of the latter two, you will probably need anti-biotics.
