OK .. Indians like hot chili .. so try to make dishes with Kari ..
my mom made dish which consist of fish with (( tamer Hindi)) this is an Arabic name i don't know what do you call it .. it is sour and brown ..
my driver is Indian .. he likes to eat rice so much ..
if you need more .. i will try to find out ..
