it may be PSVT attack that last for just second. It may be sinus tachycardia. Consult doctor.

it may not be a heart problem, it may be another part of your body causing reffered pain (pain in a diffrent part of the body other than the injured part becase they are intervated by the same nerve) if you are 18 you could hae injured yourself palying a sport or doing almost anything, and if this has been going on for two years you need to get it checked out, only a doctor can tell you what it is for sure, do not think the worst and avoid the doctor any longer it may be something easily treatable if you caatch it now, but you have already waited to long...GOOD LUCK! and feel better soon!

You are very young, but that doesn't mean you couldn't have a 'heart condition' ... you should see your 'general practitioner' and tell him exactly what you wrote here for your symptoms ... and if he won't 'check' to see if you do have a heart condition, but can't give you another reason for this happening, you should see at least one other 'consultant' ... before you are 'sure' that you either do or don't have a heart condition. This is VERY IMPORTANT for you to do, because as things are now you could be 'making yourself worse' by worrying when you really have nothing to worry about ... or you could have a 'heart attack' tomorrow. GO SEE THE DOCTOR!

TWO YEARS?? Have you seen your doctor? It may not be anything serious but don't take a chance that something needs attention. Pain has a purpose and should never be ignored. The pain is telling you to go to a doctor for help. Please don't put it off.
