Make bbq beef cups!! these are simple and delicous. Take a muffin pan and spray with butter. Take a can of biscuits and place one in each cup...make sure you press it on the sides. Next, put in the oven on 350 for 2 minutes!!
Then prepare a beef mixture using one pound of ground beef, use turkey if you like. Cook and then drain. Add onions, and about 1/4 cup of bbq sauce more or less if you like. Just do not let it get too soupy. then put a couple of table spoons of mixture in each muffin cup...top with cheese and then finish baking... if you dont like bbq sauce, use spaghetti or taco seasoning or anything you like!! these are alway a hit!! if this doesn't satisfy you then try allrecipes.com. they have plenty of unique things and you can read reviews about what others have thought.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDlx

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Chicken in Champagne Sauce

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
6 tbs light margarine or butter
2/3 cup Asti Spumante or any sweet wine (use the cheapest you can find)
2 tsp flour (more if needed to thicken)
1 cup half and half or lowfat milk

Sprinkle chicken breasts with all seasonings. Heat butter in frying pan. Brown chicken. Add Asti or wine. Cover pan and simmer about 30- 40 minutes, turning twice, until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and keep warm. Thicken sauce with flour. Stir in half and half and heat sauce. Add chicken to sauce to coat. Makes 4 servings

Cajun Fried Chicken

4-5 boneless chicken breasts, boneless pork chops, or any chicken with bone in
1 cup of self-rising flour, unsifted
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1tbs Dijon mustard
1/3 cup Tabasco
¼ cup water
1 – 1 ½ cups oil, for frying

Combine cayenne pepper, mustard, Tabasco, and water in plastic container or gallon size zip lock bag. If you pierce chicken with a fork first it will be a lot spicier (don’t do this unless you like it HOT!). Place chicken in marinade, turning to coat well. Marinate for no more than 1 hour, turning frequently.

Combine self-rising flour and garlic salt in a plastic bag or container. Add chicken to coat, one at a time is best. I use tongs so my hands don’t get messy.

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium high heat.

Fry chicken pieces, turning once, for about 15-20 minutes total. Remove from pan immediately and keep warm. If you use regular pieces of chicken, with bone in, cook for at least 30-45 minutes, or until done.

Serving Suggestions:
Garlic flavored pasta or garlic mashed potatoes and green beans or broccoli.

Let me start by saying this doesn't really taste like pumpkin...it's just really good and creamy. It's not spicy either. It's very very good. I hope you try it!

Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

1 pkg. (16 oz.) penne pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Ground nutmeg to taste

COOK pasta as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk in large saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Add pumpkin and spices; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
ADD pasta; toss lightly. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Try cooking some different ethnic cuisines! Get a cook book of like, recipes around the world, and have different themed nights! You may need a specialty supermarket for some of the products, but you could really have fun with it!

I love breakfast for dinner. Not sure if that qualifies as unique, though

If you want to be unique. Experiment on your own. Use whatever you can find (edible), but will taste good when mixed.
That's what I do when my mom forgets to do the groceries.
