I'm trying to find a healthy diet and this one seems great considering I love fish more then red meat.

I am pescatarian. I enjoy fish, clams, mussels, crab, oysters, tuna, all veggies, and raw milk and dairy, rices, pulses, legumes, grains, you name it. Consider joining a pescatarian group on yahoo for recipes and ideas

What more do you need? Your excluding about 4 or 5 main ingredients, with literally thousands of others to choose from. I'm at a bit of a loss at to the problem here.

you can eat anything that is on any vegetarian diet, like fruit, grains, and soy products. just don't eat red meat or poultry or their byproducts.
