I have a question about blood pressure i mean the pulse is it normal thats when im sitting up its good and then when i lay down it gets really low in my SYS and Dis is that normal. and i get to breathing unconvertible and i cant sleep very good the hole nigt what could that indicate

It is normal for blood pressure to be lower when lying down. Is that your question?

Yes it is perfectly normal, if you cannot sleep please visit your consultant to put you on some mild non addictive sedative.
