Well our tradition is Leg of Lamb. Oven Roasted Potatoes, vegetables such as creamed spinich, carrots, broccoli, stringbeans. Cranberry Sauce, Home made rolls. A big salad and then a great dessert. I make this every Easter for my family and they absolutely love it. Lamb is a wonderful meat, so tasty. A hint is when you bake the lamb, start it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and then bring down the oven to 275 for three hours. Add some water and vermouth on bottom of pan for juices. For seasoning lamb, I would make cuts in the meat and stick in garlic, parsley and then add pepper and salt and the seasoning called rosemary. Then squeeze a lemon all over the top of lamb and drizzle it with a little olive oil and place in oven following the directions I gave. You will get many compliments on this dinner I assure you.

Probably: chicken, grilled meat, sausage, shrimp salad, cheesy potatos, green bean casserole, rice, and dinner rolls.
Dessert will probably be pie and cake with ice cream served with coffee or tea.
