Poultry can be baked, boil or broil (not fried)
Fish should be baked or steamed
Avoid all fatty meats

Basically any type of veggie will do as long as it is not Stewed tomatoes, peppers and onions.

Almost any kind of fruit that is not in the citrus family (limes, lemons, oranges, and grapefruit)
Also avoid frying up the veggies

Good luck

Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast, Rice Pilaf, and Broccoli. For desert: Hot apple pie, with vanilla ice cream. Beverages, hot or cold should be caffeine-free.

I would serve either a roast, potatoes, carrots and rolls or baked chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Those are basically mild foods that shouldn't cause his condition any problems.

Avoid chilli (major cause) and deep fried food.
If you could, keep some medicine on hand too. I don't know if you have it where you are, but i always eat Veragel.
