I'm a nursing student at the Medical College of Georgia and this is a class project. I'm just using tally marks and none of the answers are traceable or personal to me. Just trying to get an idea of the knowledge out there so I can help people be healthy.

I was diagnosed with HPV when I was 17 years old (I'm 22 now). I developed cervical cancer from it that same year. About four years after that I developed genital warts. Good luck with your survey!

Freaked me out, but in the end all came out fine ... had a 15 lb cyst removed from my ovary at the time (age 15) ... not cool!

I got tested for an STD once, they shoved a pipe cleaner up my pee hole, I wasn't expecting that! I had some guy grabbing my pecker. I hated every second of it!

i think ur survey is kinda wierd?? its more personal than informative. u might want 2 get rid of some of the questions on here....more of a nosey survey than knowledge survey!
