In my very best opinion..YES!
Sometimes people just have heart attacks and there is no rhyme or reason why. It's sad and it's awful! But, Yes a 19 year old boy or girl can have a heart attack, and they do not even have to be fat, or inactive, or have heart disease, or have a family history of bad hearts.
I'm sorry, this is sad. :-(

Yes; although it's not very likely, it's possible. When such a young person has a heart attack, it's almost always the result of some kind of abnormality, however, particularly if there is a problem with blood flow that causes clots to form that could work loose and make it to the heart or brain.

Yes.
When my father was in high school he had a friend who suddenly dropped dead of a heart attack on her way home from school. She was in perfect health and had no family history. Unfortunately, a heart attack can strike anyone.
Try going to the American Heart Association website (www.americanheart.org) for tips on how to prevent a heart attack.

It happens, but rarely. Usually there is some kind of congenital heart defect that has gone undetected, and when the heart is put under stress, it fails.
You hear about athletes as young as 15 or 16 collapsing during the middle of a football or basketball game. It is unusual, but definitely not impossible.

NO, but women of 19 can and do have undiagnosed conditions that cause heart attacks. Sometimes you have absolutely no indications that something is wrong until it is too late.

Not likely. If there is no family history of having early heart attacks, then probably not. There is one exception; If you do cocaine or any aphetemine (speed) type drug you can very easily give yourself a heartattack.
