could be genital warts....if it's full of puss then maybe herpes...you have to get tested to be sure.

The itchy rash could very well be tinea cruris, commonly called "jock itch". It is a fungal infection of the skin in the groin and buttock area. The best treatment is an antifungal cream such as Monistat or Lotrimin twice daily to the entire area for two weeks. Herpes can show in this area as a rash, but it is typically more painful or burning rather than itching. A doctor can tell you for certain which you have. As for the purple lines, these sound like striae or "stretch marks". Usually found in areas where the skin is stretched (by being overweight or by movement around joints). There is a disease called Cushing Syndrome which can cause them as well. When in doubt, get checked out!
