This is a school assignment. I'm totally confused by the question, Lost, in fact, as to where to find the answer? Please Help.

quality wise there is no difference apart from it's french rubbish served in France however on french motorways there are a lot more service areas and in between are basically lay by's but with toilets phones and picnic areas the latest trend is towards developing the old privately owned sites into a type of shop come sandwich/coffee bar but all with vending machines .....hope this helps

I don't know too much about French, American and english, but the way food served in Russia is the following:
Fisrt is a soup or they call it first course.
Then it is second: it's supposed to be hot something as rice with meat or mashed potatoes with fish or meat. they serve salads too
then it is dessert as cake with tea, candies or other sweets.
