Italian food is different all over Italy! It is not even the same as Sicilian food.
Spanish food is food from Spain which also has many regional variations & differences.
Spanish food is NOT Latin food, nor Hispanic food nor Latin American food.
Each & every country on this planet has their very own specific & unique cuisine.

In europe every ten miles there is a regional cuisine with some different recipes!
It' something like answering if Hamburgers are the same as sushi.

um...Spanish food is made in Spain and Italian in Italy....totally different countries and cultures....why dont you research it on the internet? I'm sure there are piles of info.

spanish food has dishes like paella, they have a lot of dry sausages. I was in a grocery store once in Barcelona, they had a complete aisle full of sausages.
