A lot sinus medications have some form of a CNS stimulant. Ephedra is a common one but laws have recently changed because it is the main ingredient used to make methamphetamines. It is very bad for your heart to use these stimulants. You should ask your doctor.

The chief ingredient in most "diet pills" is that of antihistamine type drugs,usually ephedra or similar like drugs.The will work for a short while,but there not safe for anyone.Forget the "pills" and go with what works,sensible diet and exercise,that the only way to achieve wt. loss and keep it off.There are no shortcuts. yes, they have a appetite suppressant in them, but don't use this method it can be dangerous!
