Dude, you need an inhaler for emergencies as this one. If you're wheezing, you need the inhaler. Go to the pharmacy, even without a perscription they can get you something. Careful, man...don't risk it...I knew a guy who had such a bad asthma attack the veins in his eyes popped because he was struggling so much to breath, he stopped breathing for 5 minutes and was legally dead...luckily the hospital staff brought him back...scary sh*t. Call someone or call 911, seriously, you don't want to suffocate just because you didn't need anything for 6 years.

Now would be the time to go to the ER...but I can understand some of the reasons a person wouldn't want to. So I suggest that you put your head over a pot of bowling water, and try to drink some tea that has a calming effect, such as camomile, or peppermint.Take care, get well soon. :)

With symptoms that severe, you should probably head to an urgent care or emergency room. Better safe than sorry. With the symptoms you describe, you could have pneumonia which is potentially fatal.

Take Benedryl and get to a doctor. It may help if there's an allergic component to this but you need to get treated. Don't take any cough syrup with codeine until you know what the problem is.

You need to see a doc ASAP, it could be pneumonia or any other type of respiratory system infection or inflammation. Very likely you might have to take some steroids, but thats for the doctor to decide.

You may want to learn to spell "breathe". It could come in handy in an emergency.
