Heart attacks kill young people (<30 yrs) everyday. My husband had a massive heart attack at 28. There are many causes: high cholesterol (either lifestyle or genetic {familial hypercholesterolemia}), diabetes, arrythmias (irregular rhythms), congenital heart defects, or medications/drugs. All of these are fairly common, and can cause sudden death.
I see this in patients weekly. My husband lives with genetic heart disease everyday.
Sorry for your loss. Get your cholesterol checked, even if you are young and healthy. My husband wouldn't have nearly died if his had been checked at age 20.

It's very difficult to say without knowing more details; however, in a person so young, I would expect that there was an undetected defect in the heart or circulatory system.

very little chance of that happening at that age, it is probable genetic than lifestyle related. The incidence of heart disease in india is high and so is diabities. Ideally this affects you in your fiftees and earlier could be either lifestyle, stress or diet.

Whatever th reason for his death may be,it's not a heart attack.A heart attack severe enough to kill doesn't happen in young people.

his lifestyle and diet needs to be examined and reevaluated to determine or at least guestimate what the cause may have been besides some predisposed or inherited conditions.
