Its funny how people jump off their seats when you mention horse meat, but what about the other toxins and chemicals food manufacturers pump into your food and you happily eat it without knowing what it does to you..such as aspartamen...this chemical is used as a sweetener in many processed foods, how it is also a neurotoxin...meaning it damages your brain cells. Horse meat does not have this effect.

Of course, I don't just stop eating 'kroket' and 'frikadel' and things like that. They tasted good before and they will taste good now. I would prefer it though, if there was no horse meat in it but I don't stop eating those snacks!

God gave man dominion over beast of the field. And so some primitive man did not make this up........ as people always wish to describe "barbarians"

If I had to eat lizards, snakes, and bald eagles or whatever beast that people have compassion with, because when I'm hungry you can count on it that I would not regret cutting it with a knife, outsmarting it in a trap, shooting it to end its life painlessly, or simply poisoning fish with plants and telling God thank you thank you, I was about to die.If all chickens had bird flu, you can count on it that I would eat more horse meat than ever.

Not saying the horse is helpful, but man if I got really really hungry and my family needed to eat I probably eat your cat or dog.... or your beautiful caged bird..or pet snake...I would feel bad if its scruffy sure, but its either family or scruffy.

Don't tell me that you wouldn't because, that would be so silly, if you heard a story that someone who went into the woods and died of starvation not because of lack of water, but because of lack of food............ it happens all the time actually.

instead people bring packed food and throw trash into forests, kill the animals that was meant for me or someone who was very hungry..........I can not eat trash, thank you

your emotions blinded you and your pride was too inflated to swallow, that you began to see human life as inferior to beasts. You are almost putting the horse to the level of being a divine being, an idol......

I work as an exterminator and you would be surprised what they do to food right here in the US. I saw a cook eat a rat. I have never seen anybody serve a rat but I did see this guy eat one.

yes, each culture/region has their own abundance of meat. here in the u.s it is pretty well beef, chicken and pork. also ethinicty/religion has their specialty too. if people knew what some manufactures put in their hot dog/bologna they'd stop eating that too.
