Right now I am 5'5'' and I weight 155, I know I should lose some weight, but I was at 141, recently went through a break up and found out I have a low thyroid problem so I have gained a little weight, but should I loose more than I thought, reading other people's who are my height and weigh 125 makes me want to shoot myself lol . At 141 I am a size 4 or 6 maybe. Is that fat, when I look in the mirror do i see a skinnier person than I actually am, do others see me as a fat person? I would probably be happy at 145, but once I am there I will probably be depressed to be 146, I really just want to loose 10 first, I would be happy. But right now I am staying the same just by dieting becuase of my thyroid problem that the doctors say isn't serious enough to be on medication for. Any advice or answers, do you think I am fat, I probably weigh myself about 5 times a day and am always thinking about it, and if I could be anorexic, I would... Please be honest!! And if you have any tips on losing

Image and health go hand in hand, and while it seems that you are more concerned vanity wise, it sympathesize, because it's understandable.
I have reason to believe that this problem is very much in your head. I'm also 5/5 but I weigh 158, I think I'm pretty healthy and I am satisfid with myself. I am heavier than you and wear a 7 or 8 even 9 in my jeans dpending on wear I shop. People 'wear' their weight different.
I think that if you should speak to your doctor about how you are feeling concerning your body, If you think that you would be anorexic if you were able to, then you really need tosit down and talk to a professional who can give you qualified help.

You should not worry so much. I will give you some advice on weight loss though, if you want to lose weight try natural things at your local health store. Kelp, is really good for you, and alot of my friends are swearing by it.

Get some help, and don't nitpick at yourself in the mirror I think your mind is playing games on you..Go speak to a doctor

You aren't fat. You might feel more comfortable if you lose a few lbs but don't stress over it this much. The important thing is to be comfortable in your own skin whether you weigh 140 lbs. or 240 lbs. People will see you as you see yourself. If you want to lose weight make sure you do it the right way. Follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Don't become obsessed with it. The mistake people make is dieting until they lose weight and then eating at McDonalds again. The key is to make a lifestyle change.
