I'd say take some aspirin but I'm no doctor! Have you been sick lately?? Or did the fever just pop up? If you're really worried I would call a clinic and talk to a nurse, they're usually helpful and it doesn't take long to get the information you need.

You are definitely sick. If you are fairly close to an emergency dept I would make a quick visit. 103.7 is quite high and can be dangerous. The fact that you also have a rapid heart rate is just another indicator that you are sick, possibly have a large infection which is creating the high temp. It would be best to not wait on it all night and just hope for the best.
Go to the Emer, Dept or an all night clinic just to be safe.

Drink a glass of water to bring your fever down. Rubbing alcohol on your skin will help cool you. Give yoursefl 1/2 hour, if no change call the ambulance. You just have the flu, I believe. Most young people like you do not die. You are probably having an anxiety attack. Calm down and drink your water. If need be, take an aspirin.

Call 911. The fever alone is a reason to go. While the ambulance is coming take two tylenol tablets to help bring the fever down. Check yourself very quickly for bug bites while they are coming as well. Possible poison spider bite?

did you have a flu shot? it is likely you have influenza.
treat the fever with Tylenol. drink lots of liquids and try not to bundle yourself w/too many blankets. you are very contagious and need to keep your snot, spit, and other body fluids away from other people. Wash your hands well after blowing your nose, etc!!!
if your symptoms started less than 48 hrs ago, you should get yourself to the doctor or ER quickly. Tamiflu is the medication of choice for your symptoms. it won't make the flu go away, but it will reduce your symptoms.
if you experience severe shortness of breath, call 911.

Get your parents and go to the ER! That fever is very high for your age, and your heart is trying to work harder to fight the fever, you need to get that fever down. Get some ice packs or something cold, while you are being driven to the ER......to cool yourself down. Good luck
