For the record, I actually think it is pretty funny. It would allow one to fart through the vagina.

if one has it, the treatment is very difficult, with multiple surgeries in many cases. recently a non surgical treatment has been described, using a bio-absorbable plug to close it. Ayurveda has described a chemical seton treatment which is more effective than surgery.
